Suzuki Power Flow Steering Box A long day on the trail is much easier to handle when your Samurai is equipped with power steering. The power steering system that Suzuki put on the Sidekick Tracker would have been perfect for the Samurai. While the factory missed an opportunity here, you can do this conversion with the help of Trail-Gear's completely New Suzuki Power Flow Steering Box.

Trail-Gear's new Power Flow Steering Box has been designed and engineered to provide ultimate performance making it the perfect choice for Samurai power steering swaps as well as Sidekicks and Trackers with hydro-assist steering. This is not a 30-year-old rebuilt steering box, but a completely new unit. This box is modeled after the factory box found in 1989-1998 Suzuki Sidekicks.

Suzuki Power Flow Steering Boxes are pre-tapped for hydraulic assist. Hydro-assist ports come plugged and can be opened without removing the steering box from the vehicle easing the transition from basic power steering system to hydro-assist in the future. To install this steering box on a Samurai, you will need a Power Steering conversion kit.

We recommend Low Range Off-Road's Suzuki Samurai 1.3L Sidekick Tracker Power Steering Kit which is sold separately. If using in ram assist applications you will need to purchase 2 of our 0.25 Inch pipe to Number 6 JIC fittings to connect the ram assist hoses. Pre-drilled and tapped with removable plugs installed allowing for applications with or without ram assist.
